A potential savior for true pop music...

Haley Klinkhammer has just released From Where I Stand. Normally I avoid pop music like the plague for reasons of musical tedium if nothing else. Klinkhammer is young and if her names sounds slightly familiar then you may be a fan of the NBC show The Voice. Age has little to do with musical talent much like in business where length of time and competency don't necessarily go hand in hand.
While generic genre references are often unfair, Klinkhammer might be best described as a pop singer. Indie pop with a strong accessibility may be a far better description. This singer / songwriter has fired off a release of well crafted tunes that are up beat, catchy and material that will actually stay with you long after the first listen. A true rising star in her field, the room for growth and potential here is amazing. Klinkhammer's voice is smooth with a deceptively subtle buttery tone that draws attention to work that is far more advanced than her physical age.
Nothing to grind on here folks, a rising star to be sure.
