The Liver Chronicles - A Day In The Life...First Blood Part Two.

JD Allen told me pretty much the same thing several years ago...Should have listened.
Flat on my back for two days and now I think I have banged out eight reviews. Takes my mind off my illness. Had a former editor remark that he didn't see how I could work that fast. I told him, "it's just the ball."
Too sick to go to the doctor today, love the irony. Lots of intense medical crap coming up and  I am certainly worried. It is hard to put on a happy face when you feel like your hope is almost gone. My meld score "at this point" will not allow transplant. The blood clot medication may not be working, will know on - get this - Halloween. Fitting I guess.
My liver specialist has warned of a down hill spiral. I have pulled out of 3 maybe 4 times but my luck can not hold out forever. You an organ donor? You should consider it, this could be friend or family member one day and you will be glad you did.
Not much more on the Liver Chronicles right now but Tues. is a new day...
