Art rock doesn't get older, just better. Keith Emerson & Greg Lake knock out an amazing set with Live From Manticore Hall.

If you blinked you may have missed it, I almost did.

Live From Manticore Hall is an intriguing if not greatest hits release from Emerson and Lake's 2010 tour. This is an intimate retrospective on some of the classic album rock cuts of a generation including "Lucky Man" and "From The Beginning." For a far more personal touch there is a captivating question and answer session midway through the show yet this intermission of sorts takes nothing away from an otherwise stellar set.

Ego and personality can be a sticking point with any band and while former / sometimes drummer Carl Palmer has his own opinions, Emerson and Lake rise to the occasion to give the hard core fan something to treasure for years.

‘I Talk To The Wind’
