An Open Letter To Christian McBride...Rules Are For Everyone...

I have reviewed a half dozen of your recordings...Five stars doesn't come close to the artistry that you produce on each and every release but...the TSA did not "steal" your bow.

As someone that travels the globe, you or your management should know the rules and you should have made the effort to check your bow. Blame the TSA because of your stupidity is absurd. YOU have a responsibility to know the rules or someone in your management team should have advised you accordingly. Will the race card get played? We shall see...

According to your facebook page you are accusing the TSA of theft...Could it be a "fan" working saw the opportunity to help themselves? Sure...Possible. Not likely though given the cameras in place. Security measures are in place for a reason. You are not exempt, never assume...You have a history of popping off on social media BEFORE the facts are known. You and I had a personal go-round after you defended Coach Joe Paterno...Do I need to go on? I have given you five star reviews across the board. You did me the honor of posting one review on your web site. This isn't personal. It is however ridiculous for anyone to accuse the TSA of theft when the facts simply do not merit such a charge. You may think a bow is not a big deal. Security measures are in place for a reason and it is not up to you to decide why.
